Anthony & Lauren Luna

Anthony and Lauren Luna’s journey began in the heart of community service. Both started their careers at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Los Angeles Harbor, dedicating themselves to empowering at-risk youth.

Seeing firsthand the struggles of families facing housing insecurity, they transitioned into the private sector in 2016 to drive change from a new perspective. After launching their first property management business, they merged with Coastline Equity in 2017, where Anthony became a partner. By 2022, they acquired full ownership of the firm, cementing their expertise in real estate, property management, and housing solutions.

Harbor of Hope is the culmination of their lifelong mission—to bridge the gap between affordable housing and economic opportunity, creating pathways for stability and success.

Our Impact

Harbor of Hope has provided critical housing support and economic empowerment to thousands of individuals and families.

Through our innovative housing initiatives, we have secured permanent placements for over 1,271 families facing homelessness. Supported over 3,600 each day at Boys & Girls Clubs programs across the Los Angeles Harbor region. Every day, we are breaking down barriers and rebuilding lives—one family, one home, one opportunity at a time.

Anthony & Lauren’s journey in real estate has been defined by an unwavering commitment to integrity, community, and ethical leadership.

From the very start of their property management careers, they treated every tenant fairly and every neighborhood as a community to nurture. 

This values-driven approach, detailed in their Property Management Excellence principles, not only earned them success in the private sector but also inspired a greater mission.

With a desire to address housing challenges on a larger scale, they channeled those same core values into founding Harbor of Hope – a nonprofit dedicated to housing security, affordability, and community impact.
